ACI provides its services to its valuable clients at competitive rates than other business brokers. ACI fees can be summed up as follows but it may vary from time to time, depending on various factors, market rates, vendor charges, etc.
Many business brokers would not list out complete details with their clients and get them to pay premium pricing at the end. At ACI, we share complete details of our fees, taxes and charges with our clients at once - never asking them to pay anything extra after the closure of the deal. We maintain complete transparency with all our clients.
ACI Service Fee is as follows for the sale of:
- Common businesses (food and beverage businesses, minimarts, tuition centers, retail businesses): $5,000 and above
- Skilled businesses/fundraising/partnership (Medical, technology, engineering, construction companies): $8,000 and above
- Businesses valued above a million dollars: $10,000 and above
*The Service Fee will be reimbursed upon the signing of the signing of the deal where full payment of Professional Fee is received.
ACI Professional Fee is as follows:
- Common businesses: 10% of Sale Price/Transacted amount below $1 million and above $1 million, 10% of the first $1 million, 9% of the second $1 million and so on. (Minimum fee being 6%)
Skilled businesses/fundraising/partnership: 12% of Sale Price/Transacted amount below $1 million and above $1 million, 12% of the first $1 million, 11% of the second $1 million and so on. (Minimum fee being 8%)
